Do all birthdays last this long or is it just because it is my first birthday that I am still getting presents?? When we were in Ballarat I got a birthday present from Bella and Eloise and also one from Bec and little Abby. I now have a chair just like Amelia's and can climb up on it all by myself.. Thanks to everyone for my presents, i LOVE them all.

A day with my cousins

I knew that we were going to visit Nanny, Poppy, Aunty Kyla, Bella & Eloise but I didn't know that I would get to play with Eloise and Bella all day by MYSELF while mum was off visiting some friends and taking Zach to the back doctor. What a great day I had... In the morning Eloise and I played while Bella was at kinder and in the afternoon after helping Aunty Kyla pick Bella up, Bella and I played while Eloise had a sleep!!! Then, today after dropping Bella at kinder again Aunty Kyla and Eloise met mum, Zach and me for coffee before we came home so that I could go to kinder. I didn't like saying bye everyone in Ballarat but kinder sure is worth coming home for.

Reunited

Yesterday i went visiting one of my mum's school frineds. It was only the second time that I have been to Tarsh's house and met Jacob, Chloe and Rory. Rory is only 4 days younger than me and the last time we saw each other we were only a few weeks old. It didn't take us long to re-introduce ourselves and to throughly check each other out.

yesterday my sister, amelia, took me to the snow. she handed out beanies to me and two of her dolls, shelby and bert, and we went to play in the snow in her room. my head was nice and warm but i'm not sure about the rest of my attire. Next time i go to the snow maybe i should wear some warmer clothes.

the wait is finally over...

After waiting patiently for so many months today was kinder day.. Daddy came home from work early and we all walked from our house to kinder. I was so excited that I ran through the gate ahead of everyone else!! Inside the kinder I found my special place to hang my jacket and bag, two little toilets for us to use and a whole lot of fun activites AND lots of new friends to play with. After showing mum, dad and Zach how I could paint and play in the kitchen it was time to say goodbye and stay at kinder all by myself!!! It was so much fun being at kinder with all of my new friends and our teachers Luisa and Robyn. Only two more sleeps until I get to go again!!

With all the sunny weather that we have been having Zach and I have been having lots of fun playing outside on daddy's deck and on the nice green grass that we have been watering with our bath water.. Here are a few photos to show you what we got up to this weekend...

hip hip hooray I had a birthday!!

So this is what a birthday is all about.... Presents, kisses, cuddles, phone calls and visits from family and friends, a siesta in the afternoon, parties and lets not forget the CAKE!!!

Being a one year old is a lot of fun.
