our favourite activites

On day five we discovered what was to become our favourite activities.. Dance workshops and making and icing little biscuits..

of course there were also the simple things to keep us entertained!!

SUN!!!

After many cold, wet and windy days we finally saw some sun.. So we decided to skip the festival and head to the park instead.. Our favouite and best thing by far was of course the flying fox!

day four

On day four we enjoyed Wags the Dog, exploring the "Under the Sea" room, making crowns, a performance by Angelina Ballerina and even some Opera!! The opera was one of my favourite stories - Cindrella.

day two at the festival

dress ups, fairy wands, face painting, Dorothy the Dinosaur, air hockey, shadow puppets, building!!!! so much to do, not enough time!

only day one!

Day one, 3pm...

changing faces

Did you know that Warrnambool is a great place to go for a holiday?? When mum and dad first told us that we needed to drive for 2.5 hours to get to Warrnambool we were a little discouraged. However, after imagining the fun that we would have and the many things that we would be able to see and do, especially at the kids festival, the drive felt like it lasted only minutes.. This is the first of the entries from our holiday.. It's called changing faces..We're sure that you can work out why!

breakfast

while on holiday I decided to add some colour to my breakfast. Weetbix mixed with cheerios = boring brown food.. However, when topped with juicy red roma tomatoes, breakfast is no longer boring!!
