Our new cubby

Today instead of going to work Daddy came to Ikea with us. Like usual mum and dad only went to get a couple of things but came home with a bit more than planned, including a surprise for us!!

Anyone need a tissue???

The museum with Nan & Pop

We forgot to tell you all that while Nan & Pop were here we took them to see one of our favourite places - the museum. We were there for nearly two hours and spent the entire time exploring the children's section, of course!! We showed Nan & Pop all of the fun things to do such as drawing, riding the roller coster, crawling through tunnels, listening to animal noises and even managed to get in a quick play on the outside play ground before leaving..

Surprise

Mothers day this year was very special as we had both our mum and our Nan here to celebrate with. After a lazy morning we decided that we would go to the museum and out for lunch but little did we know that the events for the day had actually been planned weeks in advance without our knowledge, but more importantly without Nan knowing. Just after Nan had finished getting dressed the doorbell rang and in walked Aunty Samm and Uncle Paul, Elodi, Grace and Luca, Uncle Steve and Janine, and Becky and Jessica all yelling "surprise". After many hellos, kisses, hugs and tears it was time for some lunch, face painting, slides, swings, shopping and to finish it all off a walk and play in the park!

Happy Mothers Day to all the wonderful mum's, nanny's, nan's and grandma's, especially ours!!

Love Amelia & Zach

Look at what I gave mum for mothers day... Unfortunately I got caught trying to sample one but mum managed to convince me that there weren't any there that I would like.. Amelia

swapping pyjamas

Last week I decided that it would be fun if Zachary and I swapped pyjamas for the night. So I popped on his Thomas the Tank pyjamas as per attached photo. Apart from them being a little short they were extremely warm and comfortable. However, I did find something unusual about the pyjamams.. A little pocket in the front. I wonder what this is for??
